Hello,
At our enterprise we have Notification Center in Windows 10 Disabled by GPO. In Outlook 365 we have Display a Desktop Alert when new message Arrives checked.
All users are expecting the same popup they received in Windows 7. They have alerts setup where certain people that send them emails Display the Alert.
My understanding is that these alerts now should show up in the notification center, but we have that disabled. I also don't think that would be a workable solution because they want to see the text from the email show up in a pop up without clicking anything.
I want to enable the pop up notification but not the notification center. Any ideas?
Thank you

Hi,
What's the OS build of your client machines?
How did you configure group policy to disable notification? Would you provide your group policy path?
According to my know, we could disable a specify system notification through registry(for deployment, modify those registry key with a script file and add it as logon script in Group Policy). So I recommend to disable other system notification such as News, Settings, Windows hello and so on. It would be prevent outlook notification in this status. If you want to configure this through group policy, we need to use a customized ADMX template to complete.
For more information, please refer to:Disabling Windows 10 Notifications via Group Policy
Bests,
