Hi lowfler,

Welcome to the MSDN forum.

Please check this doc and you can run the VS installer as administrator and modify, make sure the workload ‘Data storage and processing’ is checked and installed, if not, please select it to install.

After that, open VS 2019 and Extensions-Manage Extensions, check if the extension SQL Server Integration Services Projects is installed or not. If not, please download and install it. If you have already installed it, please try to disable and enable, reboot the VS 2019 to test. When I tried to create new project, I can found the ‘Integration Services import project wizard’ project type as below:

Sara

Hi Sara,

How do you import from a catalog with this extension of Integrated Services Import Project Wizard? I didn't see any options I can get from a SSIS catalog like previous versions.

Thanks,

Jim
