Win 10 Pro
Ver 1909
Problem is network shares are not accessible.
QNAP NAS and Windows shares. Both these shares are known good from 2 other Win 10 Pro machines.
"\PC is not accessible. You might not have permission to use this network resource. Contact the administrator of this server to find out if you have access permissions.
The network is not present or not started."
I have chased this problem around. Network discovery is working as I can see the machines in explorer. I get the error when I double click the icons to connect. Entering the IP in the address bar does not work either. I have followed several SMB troubleshooting guides to no avail.
The problem seems to be LanmanWorkstation service not starting. When I try to start the service I get this error:
"Windows could not start the Workstation service on Local Computer.
Error 1068: The dependency service or group failed to start"
