We are currently unable to determine the health of this virtual machine-Resource Health

Hello All,

I am checking the Resource Health of a Virtual Machine in frequent, One of my Azure Virtual Machine status is showing as "We are currently unable to determine the health of this virtual machine" from past 15 days. I don't know about the previous health state. Can any one explain why this resource health is showing as "We are currently unable to determine the health of this virtual machine".

Hi,

I gone through the article. It is not giving how to trouble shoot  this issue. can you help me on this to fix this "UNKNOWN" status.

The health status is set to unknown when Resource Health stops receiving information about a specific resource. While this status is not a definitive indication of the state of the resource, in cases where you are experiencing problems, it may indicate there is an Azure problem.
