Visual Studio Community 2013 ISO or OFFLINE setup?

i need to install Visual Studio Community 2013 on multiple PCs. the problem is that i have to download same file every where, and my internet connection is unreliable, it keeps getting disconnected sometimes and is very slow.

Is there a a offline installer OR ISO file available for same edition so that i can download it once and install it wherever and whenever i want?

The ISO itself is English only.

However, if you go to the Visual Studio download page, you can download the Visual Studio 2013 Language Pack for Spanish:

https://www.visualstudio.com/downloads/download-visual-studio-vs

Scroll down to Visual Studio Community & Express, then click on Community 2013 with Update 4. You will see the Language Pack to the right of the VS download. Select Espanol from the drop down list, then click Install Now (after, of course, you have installed VS CE).
