hi support team !
i have one issue would like to check with you, i'm using Windows 10 and few days ago my Microsoft To Do application can't open, always display 0x80090016 error as image below, i have check on microsoft account manager then it's display Keyset does not exist
in current i can't download apps from Microsoft store also. But other things is normal
could you pls show me how can i deal with it?
(i want to send the image to you but it's display Body text cannot contain images or links until we are able to verify your account) -.-!

Hi,
Here is an article which record a similar issue with you, please refer to it and check the measures on your side.
Some people solved the issue by following the steps below.
Open File Explorer and browse to this location:
C:\Windows\ServiceProfiles\LocalService\AppData\Local\Microsoft\NGC
Delete everything within that folder
If you can't delete everything within that folder due to an Administrator error, rename the folder.
Go to Settings-> Accounts->Sign-in Options
Click Add a PIN again and set your PIN
