I have found countless resources for migrating from a SharePoint On-Premise deployment to Office 365, but am curious as to the options for migrating from the cloud down to corporate network.
We have a client who is in the process of evaluating SharePoint for their organization, and one of their questions is whether to go in the cloud or on-prem. There are obviously advantages and drawbacks to both scenarios, and they are curious if they go with one option (cloud) and then want to move it down to their own server environment what paths are there for them to accomplish this.
Obviously there are lots of ways that are out there to move from private network to the cloud, so I would assume there should be some ways available to do the opposite - but have not found any good resources for this.
Bonus question: with SharePoint 2013 on the horizon, is there an upgrade process from 2010 to 2013 in the online space that is planned for around launch time?
