Cannot Copy & Paste in SharePoint

Several of my users are experiencing the same issue. They all have IE 11, but it happens with Chrome and Firefox as well. We are using SharePoint 2010 internally, and since about 3-4 weeks, it seems these employees (not all) are no longer able to copy-paste text into textboxes of a new item form. We have checked the IE copy/paste settings, the Office clipboard, and several other PC related settings but nothing seems out of the ordinary.

Looking for new hints. What else can we check?

Hi Nikolas.

This has been reported on many IE11 forums. It seems a security option with IE11, not allowing forms data to copy from one site to another site, such as a SharePoint. But it should work from SharePoint to another page on the same SharePoint. You find the same issue with FF and Chrome ?

Have you tried turning on Compatibility Mode to see if that solves the problem?

Hi Nikolas.

When you say the IE copy/paste settings, do you mean, on Tools » Internet Options » Allow programatic clipboard access ?
