I assume you are having an issue with one or more apps.

In the registry, go to:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\AppModel\StateChange\PackageList

If there are apps listed there that you are having problems with, delete each one.  If there are many, you can just delete every one of them.

This should resolve the repository corruption.

Hi,

Turn off your antivirus program.

Also end Store and Store Broker process in Task Manager. Then Search the location below.

C:\Users\USER NAME>\AppData\Local\Packages\winstore_cw5n1h4txyewy\LocalState

You could find Cache named folder. Simply rename it CacheOld. Finally, create a new folder named Cache. You can now close restart the Explorer and open Windows Store.

Meanwhile, you could check the link below about Windows Store Cache May Be Damaged Windows 10. It provides some methods about how to fix.

If the issue still insists, I suggest that you could perform an In-Place Upgrade to repair the system files.
