Hello,
I have been havig an issue with my laptop, as I was planning on playing some games, but during the instalation process it says that Microsoft visual C++ 2015 redistributable(x86) 14.0.24212 cannot be found. So I looked in the "Applications and Functions"menu and it is there, but when I click on it to modify it, it says that the Windows system cannot find the file. I checked the updates and all system updates are successfully installed. Could some one please help me? Thanks in advance.

Hi Filip_Vic,
Welcome to the MSDN forum.

What’s the “Application and Functions” means? Usually, we can go to Control Panel-Programs-Uninstall a program and right click the Visual C++ 2015 Redistributable (x86), Change-Repair to repair it in case the Visual C++ 2015 Redistributable (x86) is corrupted.
If the repair not works, please try to uninstall it through Change-Uninstall, then Download the Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable Packages for Visual Studio 2015 Update 3(sign in with your Microsoft account and freely join the Dev Essential to download) and re-install it.
Best regards,
Sara
