I have created an AZURE VM with Windows Server 2012 and started RDS installation.
I got stuck while it is asking me to Enable Hardware-Assisted Virtualization on the server, as I could not access BIOS through RDP.
How can I update Azure VM BIOS settings?

You cannot alter the BIOS of the virtual machines, and virtualization is not allowed on Windows Azure Virtual Machine, you cannot work with Virtualization over Virtual Machine.

Hi Mahesh,
Make sure you do not select Remote Desktop Virtualization Host when installing the RDS role, because installing Remote Desktop Virtualization Host will install Hyper-V, and Hyper-V is not supported within an Azure VM.
RD Virtualization Host is only needed if you are going to be using VDI. And VDI is not supported within an Azure VM.
For more information about using the RDS role in an Azure VM, see the Remote Desktop Services Questions in the Virtual Machines Licensing FAQ.
Thanks,
Craig
