Office Telemetry agent has stopped working

I am deploying Office 365 using the Office Deployment Tool for Click-to-Run.  A handful of workstations are getting the following error when their workstations starts:  Office Telemetry agent has stopped working.  I tried to repair, but it did not work.  I tried to uninstall (using KB2739501) and reinstall, but the error keeps appearing.

Hi Bob,

Office Telemetry Agent is a feature of the Office Telemetry Dashboard. In certain cases, you might receive this error when the Office Telemetry Dashboard component installed improperly. But usually, a simple repair will fix the issue.

Since you've stated that the issue persists even after an complete reinstallation, I'm suspecting that it's something on the Windows side. So, I would suggest your try windows clean boot, then install Office 365 again to check result:
