Message code: 715-123150

Hi 

I have a problem when signing in Visual studio Dev essentials. Once clicking on "Join or access now" following message is shown:

Something went wrong!

We are sorry, but our system has detected a problem with your account.  If you are still getting this error message after 24 hours, please contact support with the date and time you started having this problem . Message code: 715-123150.

I have done many things to deal with it such as deleting cash and cookies, creating new account and signing with the new account, but still facing the error.

I don't know what else I should do. If anybody has any suggestion?

the 715-123150 error it is usually solved automatically after the 24 hours. I know this may be an ongoing issue, I get that for some reason (i am guessing security) something has flagged our accounts as maybe compromised, so it has applied a temporary lock on the account (i was downloading some images ready for transfer to an airgapped machine for testing) after a Few downloads I suddenly got this error.

What I think people are wanting to know (me included) is What is Message code: 715-123150

Does that mean "Account Temporarily Blocked from Downloading for Security Reasons" or is there another reason?

Can you tell us that as it may prevent many other queries in the future if we are informed and aware of any restrictions on the MSDN accounts we are paying for (I am aware on the number of keys per day you can redeem so is this error a download limit per day for our accounts?)

They are limiting downloads and not telling people.  If you download too many items in a row it flags your account as suspicious. So they are blocking people and using an erroneous error and you have to wait for the system to reset its self.  Its nice that you paid for the privilege of being blocked for downloading to many items at once.
