When trying to connect to my Win10 VM with RDP i get error message "**We couldn't connect to the remote PC because your account has been disabled. Contact your network administrator for assistance. Error code: 0xb07" ** after I insert my userid & password.  

Background: I was playing with RDP Wrapper in a VM to enable multiple RDP sessions.  It didn't work and I could not connect to the VM anymore.  Anyway, it was just a sandbox to play....   I deleted the VM and all other resources to start from trash.

Then I created a new Win10 VM with new ressource group and new network. But also to this new VM I can't connect, get always above msg.  Did MS really disable my account? How to activate again?

Hello,

I did use the MS standard image Win 10 Pro Version 1809.  However, I today deleted again all my resources and created a new VM. This time I can connect via RDP.

Microsoft will not disable your local accounts on a fresh installation of Windows in Azure. 

It sounds like you used the same .vhd or disk in your new VM that you used in your old VM, instead of making a new image from the gallery. Here are instructions to create a server 2019 VM from the marketplace. If you would like to use Windows 10, just select that in place of the "Windows Server 2019 Datacenter".

Hi,  I have exactly the same problem constantly and I need to find a solution.  

I noticed this happens when the list to select the Size of the VM is small with less options then you'll have problems. Reduced List of options, only showing 13 options from 290, then is almost 99% probably that VM won't work.  

I create all machines following this instructions: "Here are instructions to create a server 2019 VM from the marketplace"  

Always from scratch and the problem is random, sometimes I can create without problems and sometimes the problem is for a certain time, also time is random.  

Also noticed that the creation is faster, like missing parts probably where not created in the resources.  Anyone can help with this? Thanks.
