Getting this error when running tpm.msc(Opens Microsoft management console for TPM).
Can fix by creating new user account but do not want to do that just want to be able to fix corrupted file.
SFC finds no errors or corruption to fix.
Any ideas?

Try to repair Windows 10 using DISM :

Else, you might have to create new user profile.

Hi,
First, please check if you have enable the TPM settings in BIOS:
1. Start the computer, and access the firmware. In the firmware, access the Advanced screen and then the Peripheral Configuration screen.
2. On the Peripheral Configuration screen, look for the Trusted Platform Module option. Highlight this option and press Enter to display an options menu. From the menu, choose Enable and then press Enter.
3. Save the changes to the setting and exit the firmware. Reboot the computer.
Then, check if you can open the console.
In addition, since this error message can be caused by corrupted firmware components. Please also restore the BIOS or update the BIOS to see if it can work for you.

No componet store corruption detected.
Also using my new microsoft account linked to user profile creates same problem but a new local account works fine.
There must be another way i cant keep creating new email addresses everytime this breaks.
