Creating a user account with NO internet access.

Hi, Is it possible to create an user account on my Windows 10 Pro (Version 1709, OS Build 16299.125) without access to internet? That account can use any software that has already been installed but will not have internet access at all.

Hello,

IMO, this is not possible unless you opt for using some proxy server. The Internet access is usually applied to all users and can't be blocked for specific ones. If you want to block Internet access for some user, setup his/her account on that machine which has no Internet connectivity by any means.

A dirty way of doing it would be via Windows Firewall by creating a block rule or disabling any exception rule for internet browsers on the machine.

You wouldn't use a proxy server in this instance, you would simply amend firewall rules in Windows to prevent the access. Like i have said it's dirty but would do the trick.
