i recently installed visual studio 2015 but when i opened new project for visual C++ there was option of Install visual c++ 2015 tools for windows desktop when i clicked it a dialog box opened with install or skip then i clicked install but nothing happened and it is still doing nothing.
Now tell me what or from where should i install that tools for visual c++ .Please reply as soon as you can my semester is going to start.

After your initial VS installation, you can go to Control Panel—Programs and Features, right click the VS 2015 and Change-Modify, then you will find the option ‘Common Tools for Visual C++ 2015’ under Visual C++ and check this option like the following screenshot, click the ‘UPDATE’ button to install this component. This component is a custom component during the VS installation, which we can know it from this: Install Visual Studio 2015
Meanwhile, there have some installation tips that you can follow, like make sure windows update is up-to-date, temporarily disable any antivirus software and clean up the %temp% folder, then run the installer as administrator to modify the installation.
If the installation is fail, I need your help to the installation log. Please use http://aka.ms/vscollect to gather the installation logs. After using it, you will find vslogs.zip under %temp% folder. Please upload the file to https://onedrive.live.com/ and share the link here.

i had uninstalled my VS 2015 after no reply & installed VS 2013 but it has a problem now whenever i try to debug my project a popup comes & vanish off ,i mean black command prompt window doesn't stay i have to insert break point at the end so it does not run my project as it should be while my project build well.Please reply soon unlike last time about solution & kindly don't say that go to the "specific" link for solution i have tried my best for more than a week to check previous problem's solution.
