Dear Support Team,

Hi,

Please refer to the following article to check the user license for Office 365 ProPlus application as Office 365 Admin:
https://support.office.com/en-us/article/Assign-licenses-to-users-in-Office-365-for-business-997596b5-4173-4627-b915-36abac6786dc

If the license is assigned correctly in Office 365 Admin Center but the license issue persists in Office desktop client, I suggest you can try to reinstall Office 365 to check if the issue can be fixed. To reinstall Office 365 ProPlus, please read:

https://support.office.com/en-us/article/Download-and-install-or-reinstall-Office-365-or-Office-2016-on-a-PC-or-Mac-4414eaaf-0478-48be-9c42-23adc4716658

Hi There,

If you have the Global Admin account, you may log onto the portal.office.com.

You can also try logging in with your current email address and password. A license will not be removed automatically unless done by someone. If your license is expired, you have 90 days with limited features before it is removed completely.
