I am looking to have a VM with 2 network inerfaces. I cannot find a way to add a 2nd port to the VM.
Host - Server2008 R2
Guest - Server 2008 R2
Am also using VMM2008 R2

Hi!
You can add a second network adapter to the VM in the "Add Hardware" top section of the VM settings.
If you wan't to add a second physical connection to the VM, you need to install a new physical NIC, create a new external virtual network and connect to it from a second virtual NIC in the VM settings.

Hi,
In Hyper-V Manger, you can right click on the virtual machine, select Settings. In Settings, click Add Hardware and select either Network Adapter or Legacy Network Adapter.
In SCVMM 2008 R2, right click on the VM an select Properties > Hardware Configuration > Network Adapters, click Network Adapter on the top of the window, you can select either Emulated network adapter or Synthetic network adapter.
