Hi ,

Firstly, please make sure you have configured RMS correctly. You can check your process as the following article:

http://sp-vinod.blogspot.com/2013/08/configuring-information-rights.html

Please make sure you have given appropriate rights to ServerCertification.asmx .

In addition, here is a similar post for your reference:

Make sure the certificate assigned to the IIS site in use by AD RMS is valid, as well.

Hi,

Please try to create a file using IRM, then upload the file into SharePoint.

Plan Information Rights Management in Office 2013:

https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc179103.aspx

After that, re-apply the SharePoint connection to AD RMS.

Is it correct? I can setup IRM with Microsoft Office file. It worked. but for SharePoint is not work. it still the same problem.

Hi,

Based on your description, it seems there are no client detected by the RMS server yet, so to trigger this request you may need to create a file using IRM, and re-apply the sharepoint connection to AD RMS.

Is it correct. but still problem

Hi,

I am wondering whether you upload files using IRM to SharePoint. If not, please try it, and then re-configure SharePoint connection to AD RMS.

Hi,

I had the same problem, solved after adding the URL of the RMS Server to Internet Explorer "Local Intranet" Security Zone.
