How to disable password expiration of admin user of Azure VM

I have SQL Server VM and periodically it urges to change password. This is not AD user as it is the one created in Azure portal during creating of VM. How to disable password expiration?

When logged onto the VM, open computer management. You can choose local users and groups, then your local user you created, tick the password never expires option in user properties.
