this dll is loaded in a lot of processes, (f.e. explorer.exe) so deleting this dll will break your OS.
see this thread, where someone deleted the file:
Can I delete UMPDC.dll from "System32" without having any system issues? - Windows 10 1903
It is imported by wer.dll, so probably used for error reporting.
But why would you want to delete random system files?
When an error message mentions a dll doesn't mean the dll is responsible for the error.

Hi,
It is not recommended to delete UMPDC.dll.
Has this game run successfully before?
Please try to uninstall the game then re-install it.
Use anti-virus software to scan the system.
Best Regards,

I had the same problem,
Crossfire Philippines Online Game - Game Security XTRAP Premium CE
The file UMPDC.dll located at system files doesn't have a publisher name unlike those other dll's but it is signed was by Microsoft. that's why game security detected the file as a hack tool running on the system.

For what it's worth, it looks like umpdc.dll is a legit Windows dll. I can see that other dll's reference it. Typically one can use the Sysinternals.com strings utility to look at a dll and based on the text that is found get a decent idea of what it does. But I can't find anything.
Looks like your best bet is to contact the game support folks and report the problem.
