You can simply cleanup two temp folders by opening a Run window (Windows Logo key+R), type temp and press Enter. Delete everything that appears (there may be a few obstinate files that cannot be deleted, just skip them). Repeat the command for the other folder using %temp% in place of temp.

Hi,
Thanks for your reply.
According to my understanding, Free Up Space Now can only detects the folders/files 7 days ago. And, it will only delete the folders/files 7 days ago automatically.
We can change it by the following registry.
path: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\
CurrentVersion\Explorer\VolumeCaches\Temporary Files
name: LastAccess
Hope above information can help you.
Thanks again for your understanding and support.
Best Regards,
