I have an Internal SharePoint site that I administer.  When I go to Site Actions > Site Settings > Site Content and Structure and click on the List I want to work with, I get the following error:

Hello,

Find this article and you may troubleshoot the error by the method described in the article:

The Correlation ID is only an ID number that is associated with log entries surrounding the actual error.

Download the ULS Viewer, and you can use it to open the SharePoint Log files and filter for that correlation ID to hunt down what the actual error is.

Can you just navigate to the list through "View All Site Content" and go to the library settings?

I can View the list, and do everything I need to as far as editing data, etc.  What I cannot do without a lot of trouble is click into Site Content and Structure and move data from one list to another.

What permissions do you have?  are you a site collection admin or given yourself full access through web application policy?
