Hi Ankita_sri.
According to Microsoft documentation, Windows Server 2016 RTM is not supported by SharePoint 2013; furthermore, certain Windows Server role/feature installation methods have changed.
Bye.

Hi Ankita,
Just as Luigi Bruno mentioned above, at this time, Windows Server 2016 RTM is not supported. Instead, you can choose the 64-bit edition of Windows Server 2008 R2 Service Pack 1 (SP1) Standard/Enterprise/Datacenter, or the 64-bit edition of Windows Server 2012 R2 Standard/Datacenter for supporting. Also please pay attention that the Windows Server 2012 R2 is only supported on a SharePoint Server 2013 Service Pack 1 environment. You can check following link for more details: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/sharepoint/install/hardware-and-software-requirements-0#minimum-software-requirements .
If there is anything else we can do for you, please feel free to post in the forum. Thank you for choosing Microsoft.
