Outlook email list jumps/scrolls to the top of the mailbox when I delete mail at the bottom of the list

Good Morning,

We are having an issue where Outlook 2013 will rapidly scroll upward to the top of the email box when we delete objects in the past. It only happens when there is enough mail where you need to scroll down. Does anyone know the setting/gitch/update to apply to get this to stop?

Thanks,
Carl

Hi Carl,

How did you delete an old emails? Did you do it via clicking the Delete button on the Ribbon? If so, please try deleting an email message via pressing Delete key on your keyboard to see the result. I noticed that there used to have a known issue as you described when deleting a message using the Delete button on Ribbon. However, this issue has been fixed now. Please make sure you have installed all available updates of Outlook and then check if this issue continues.
