How I can make a *.pbk connection or customize a pbk connection?

For others reading this thread, PBKs are RAS phone book files.

"When you create a connection to a wireless, dial-up, broadband, or VPN network, Windows stores the configuration in a connection profile. By default, these profiles are stored in the file RASPhone.pbk found in %userprofile%\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Network\Connections\PBK. After you create a connection profile, you can then connect to the network that is defined by the profile."
