Task manager shows 0% network usage while I am downloading something with any application: you can see it show 5% loads in the headline of the networking, but when I short it as descending order: Non-application use any resources of my network.
Besides that, i have noticed some time in the file manager crashes when I surf the folder, moreover it happen when I browse LAN network.

seems to be a problem of the 3rd party software you are using:
cfosSpeed 9.62 disables network usage information

Hi,
According to your screenshot, I can see "System" take 0.1mb/s.
Why did you think it's incorrect?
The total usage percent means the usage percent in this current 1s for total network bandwidth.
For example. my lab machine network usage is 0% as blew. It means for my current bandwidth, application usage is too little, close to 0%.
Further more, you can open the Resource Monitor to view the details.

Nonetheless, my values are not correct because of network usage 68 Mbps. The adapter is 1Gbps but the unit is Mbps, not percent!!!!
So it shouldn't too little to display because it is Mbps. I had produced this measure with a speedtest.net measure with chrome.
Total network bandwidth is 68 Mbps, not 0.1 Mbps.

Hi,
Sorry for I misunderstood your concern.
Now I understand that the problem you are experiencing is: The network usage shows 0.1 Mbps in task manager which is not normal. And you had tested by third party software that the network usage should be 68 Mbps.
Based on the current situation, would you please check whether the data from Ethernet as below is normal?
And then please open resource monitor to check the network data.
At the same time, the usage on task manager so little is abnormal. This might be caused by some settings.
Please check if the Update speed option in Task Manager is Disabled. I suggest you to follow the steps below
and check if the issue persists.
1. Open Task Manager.
2. Under the View option, go to Update Speed.
3. Ensure that it is not paused. You can set it Normal.
4. Restart the computer.
5. Check if the issue persists.
If the issue still persists. Please go to Network and Sharing Center. Click on your network. This should show status window. Next click Properties and uncheck "Virtualbox Bridged Networking Driver" or Network Filter Driver or any 1 by 1.
Then check if it work.

This form had some better solutions:
I ended up fixing this problem by manually updating my network driver manually from my wireless card's website.
Good Luck!
