I got windows azure connect working on a test DC last week. THis week however when I moved to my other subscription and tried to connect to a new DC, it is not being joined. If I look at the integrator log file through remote desktop it shows following error
1/15/2011 3:42:01 PM : Running DomainJoinTask::OnTaskInterval
1/15/2011 3:42:01 PM : RRAS interface connected
1/15/2011 3:42:01 PM : DNS server configured on RRAS interface
1/15/2011 3:42:01 PM : Full Domain name: AAAAA (shows actual fully qualified DNS server name)
1/15/2011 3:42:15 PM : NetJoinDomain failed with error code 1355

Hi Vincent,
1355 means DC is not reachable. Are you able to ping the DC from your azure role instance and vice versa? Also please check %windir%\debug\netsetup.log, it may give some clue.
