I am using One note 2013 (15.0.4831.1000) MSO (15.0.4849.1000) on my Windows 7 64 bit machine. Due to some <g class="gr_ gr_20 gr-alert gr_gramm gr_run_anim Punctuation only-ins replaceWithoutSep" data-gr-id="20" id="20">reason</g> one note on my desktop is not getting synced up and hence I am not able to see notes on my <g class="gr_ gr_12 gr-alert gr_spell gr_run_anim ContextualSpelling ins-del multiReplace" data-gr-id="12" id="12">iphone</g> and other devices in <g class="gr_ gr_19 gr-alert gr_gramm gr_run_anim Grammar only-ins doubleReplace replaceWithoutSep" data-gr-id="19" id="19">browser</g>.
When I am going to File> View Sync Status I see Sync All and Cancel Sync button as <g class="gr_ gr_14 gr-alert gr_spell gr_run_anim ContextualSpelling multiReplace" data-gr-id="14" id="14">greyed</g> out while the 2 radio buttons (Sync automatically and Sync manually) are working.
Also, when I try to click on File > Share on Web or Network link. it gives me an error: Sorry, that didn't go as planned. your notes are still here, but we couldn't sync your notebook to <g class="gr_ gr_22 gr-alert gr_spell gr_run_anim ContextualSpelling ins-del multiReplace" data-gr-id="22" id="22">onedrive</g>. Search online for error HRESULT: Unspecified error (0X80004005) to get more information.

Hi,
If you can see the "Share on Web or Network" option, it means the notebook is still stored locally on your computer, it's not stored on OneDrive. Please try following the guide below and moving your notebook to OneDrive to see the result:

We run into the same issue. The notebook was saved directly into Onedrive, yet the Sync line is still greyed out. When you open the notebook from cloud into the App - I get the error the notebook was created from an older version. Help!
