Hi,
Thanks for your question.
Here is a article talks about NPS reason code( http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/dd197521(WS.10).aspx ), you can see that reason code 112 corresponds to a situation where the authenticating NPS rejects the request.
If I disable the compliant policy (causing the client computer to match no network policies) then I see event 6273 on the proxy with reason code 112 (The remote RADIUS (Remote Authentication Dial-In User Service) server did not process the authentication request).
Based on my experience, please try the following suggestions to see if it helps.
1 Please check the policies configured on the main NPS server.
2 Check the event log on the remote RADIUS server to determine the reason that the connection request was rejected.
3 Please check if firewall or anti-virus software was configured to deny the remote connection service or port on the remote network. We’ll need to check firewall or anti-virus software on the main NPS server and any other physical firewall or router on remote network.
4 You may capture the network packets via network monitor tool to trace its authentication request and troubleshoot.

5 Here is a similar situation as yours. It may be helpful, we can try it.
Hope above information can help you. I look forward hearing your good news. If you have any question and concern, please feel free to let me know.
Best regards,
Michael
