I want to create a scheduled task to run a batch script with my backup
I looked in event viewer under microsoft > windows > DeiverFrameworks-UserMode
But there was nothing in the logs when i plugged the drive in
The logging is enabled
I want to find the event id for when i plug this drive in so i can add it to the scheduled talk
Or is there a way i can setup a scheduled talk for when i insert the X: drive into the server ?

I don't think that logged in.. you might need a 3rd party app for that.

Hi,
Do you mean that you want system automatically starts a scheduled task to excute backup job when detecting connection of USB drive? If so, you could try to use the PowerShell together with the Task Scheduler in the thread below to achieve this.
