Hi,
In my view, the group policy was not enabled correctly, please try to run this command as administrator to see computer settings :

Hi,
You can find the value of UI control ID with this link:
https://www.microsoft.com/en-hk/download/details.aspx?id=36798
For example: In Word : ScreenClipping control ID "18674"

Hi,
Based on my test, some Office suits have no "ScreenClipping control ID", such as Outlook, Visio.
Then, if the Group Policy is not updated, this option still will exist. Please try to refresh it with command line:
Gpupdate [/target:{computer|user}] [/force] [/wait:value] [/logoff] [/boot]
