I can't open directly from office 365 any document located on my onedrive account, it give me error "Sorry, we couldn't open https://xxxxx"
If I'm trying to open first from Excel online and the Edit in Excel this document do not open in my Excel installed on my PC. Couple days ago I didn't have this problem and didn't change anything with my Office 365.
Maybe this is any bug after Office update?
I heard that microsoft release fix for issue like this but for windows 2012 https://support.microsoft.com/en-in/help/4074594/windows-81-update-kb-4074594

Hi,
What is your Office and Windows build number?
--To collect the build number of your Office, please open an Office app like excel, then go to File tab-> Account. In About Excel, share us the Office build numbers.
--To collect the build number of Windows, If you are using Windows 10, please open Windows Settings-> Choose System-> About. In Windows specifications, share us the windows build number.
Does this happen to Word files or other Office app files?
What is the source of these files? Shared by other people or created by yourself?
>> I can't open directly from office 365 any document located on my OneDrive account, it give me error "Sorry, we couldn't open https://xxxxx"<<
>> If I’m trying to open first from Excel online and the Edit in Excel this document do not open in my Excel installed on my PC.<<
--By this, do you mean you have encountered two issue:
1. Can’t directly open any OneDrive file via Office Desktop App( File tab -> Open -> OneDrive -> Choose your file)
2. Can’t open Excel workbook via Edit In Excel option in Excel online.
Or just one: Can’t open Excel workbook via Edit In Excel option in Excel online?
--Have your tried to open any OneDrive file via File tab -> Open -> OneDrive -> Choose your file?
Is the account you used to log in OneDrive same to the account you used to log in Office desktop App?
In the meantime you can try these troubleshooting steps below and check the results.
1. Try online repair from the Control Panel. The steps to access the repair tool vary depending on your operating system. You can take this site as reference: https://support.office.com/en-us/article/repair-an-office-application-7821d4b6-7c1d-4205-aa0e-a6b40c5bb88b
2. Try create a new workbook in your OneDrive account, and see if the issue still happening.
Please post back your results, and provide more information.

Aaron Zhang
