What and when sets FilterAdministratorToken value in registry?

Question

Hello, which process/action/policy and when sets this value to 1?

Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System\FilterAdministratorToken

I cannot find any reason. 70% of my PC's have this value set to 1, the rest has 0. All PC's have Windows 10 Enterprise (different builds). Some of those Windows 10 were upgraded from Windows 7 but as I check manually this is not the reason.

Hello,

AFAIK, the FilterAdministratorToken registry key is used by User Account Control: Admin Approval Mode for the built-in Administrator account setting in Local Security Policy snap-in. The default value is 0 (Disabled) and other value i.e. Enabled value is 1.

Regards.
