Hi

I have just purchased a new desktop and would like to download Microsoft Office Pro Plus 2013.

I have a product key, but it is not listed in my microsoft account because the account was created after the purchase.

Where can I download the program?

TIA

silvia

Hi silvia,

Please try Ana's suggestion. Can you reinstall Office Professional Plus 2013 now?

Hi,

Where can I find the Office 2013 Pro Plus 64-bit download link. I've tried entering my key but it continues to download 32 bit and doesn't provide an option for 64 bit. It honestly seems like Microsoft is trying to make it very hard to reinstall 2013 Pro Plus. It would be great to just have the link to download. Where can that be found?

Windows exists in both 32-bit (x86) and 64-bit (x64) versions. In Control Panel, Systems item, check which version of Windows is installed on your computer.

Windows 32-bit version (x86) only supports the installation of x86 drivers and x86 applications installed on it.
