Hello All,
I have an weird issue The Power point 2013 when opened using a teamplate the Cut or copy options gets grayed out.
Hence i can't copy or cut any article or picture if I am using a template.
Please help me fix this issue

Ok, I see. Have you tested with a blank slide without template? This issue might be caused by the Office clipboard is full, please try to clean it.
Next, have you installed some applications recently? If yes, this also might be a reason, please try to remove them one by one to test.

Regarding of the issue, please provide us more information to assist you better.
- Was this issue occurred with every Power Point file or the particular template?
- Where did you download the template? Office.com or third-party website?
Based on my test, the copy/cut was grayed out when I did not select the test strings.
We can't copy/cut the element of template, such as background. Please try to select the text string to check if they can be copied/cut.

Hi George,
- Was this issue occurred with every Power Point file or the particular template - Its when I open a power point with a template, When I type something and then I try to select the whole sentence the copy option is grayed out , I can neither copy cut or paste.
- Where did you download the template? Office.com or third-party website - I didn't download any template these are in built template in office.
I am not trying the copy or cut the background.
