Windows 10 No Shadow Copy Tab

Windows 10 Pro. 1809

Properties of hard drive partition.  No tab for Shadow Copies. Previous versions tab empty.

Shadow copy services running.

How do I enable shadow copies?

Hi ,

You could manually enable and configure the original shadow copies – via the WMI command:

wmic shadowcopy call create Volume=c:\

Running this command will create a shadow copy of your current data. You will find a new entry if you right-click C drive and select “Restore previous versions”.
