Hi,
If the domain users profile corrupted ,Now want to create another profile for the user .
How to do that ?

You most likely want to backup the local users profile in C:\Users before deleting, just in case they have files residing in there.
Open System Properties (Control Panel\System and Security\System and the 'Advanced system settings' link in the list on left). Open the Advanced tab, in the User Profile section click Settings. Select the account and press Delete (if the delete option is greyed out, reboot the machine to clear any files locks they still have and try again).
