Hi,
Comcfg share will be utilized when you have SNA server Host Integration Services in Microsoft BizTalk Server.
Securing SNA Server to Not Require Everyone: Read Access
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/140556
When you install DFS (Distributed File System) on the server, the DFS$ share will be created for the management of DFS namespace.
By default, those two shares are allowed to be accessed anonymously in the computer's local policy. If you don't have above two services installed on the server, you may remove them from the policy Network access: Shares that can be accessed anonymously to tighten up the security.
