Difficult to advise as you have not give information any what you have tried.
So have you got a driver from the manufacture of your devices for Windows 10? Is there Windows 10 driver for this device?

I cant find a "realtekRTL8723802.11n".
Do you mean a Realtek RTL8723AE?
When it supports 802.11n: 5Ghz support is optional, so depending on the chip it might simply not support it.

Hi newbeekinda,
According to your description, I find you said the realtek is 802.11n. We could open the command prompt.
Type the next command: netsh wlan show drivers
Check the “Radio types supported” section. If it shows only 802.11g and 802.11n network modes, there is only 2.4 GHz available.
Hope it will be helpful to you
