Logon Windows 10 using Smart Card + PIN (stand alone PC)
I have a PC stand alone (no domain), and I have a smart card and smart card reader(bit4ID - ACR38).
My task is using Smart Card + PIN to logon my windows 10.
How can I do?

Open start and go to Settings->Accounts->Sign-in options and in there you may set PIN, SmartCard or other options.
