Logon Windows 10 using Smart Card + PIN (stand alone PC)

I have a PC stand alone (no domain), and I have a smart card and smart card reader(bit4ID - ACR38).

My task is using Smart Card + PIN to logon my windows 10.

How can I do?

Open start and go to Settings->Accounts->Sign-in options and in there you may set PIN, SmartCard or other options.

“Windows normally supports smart cards only for domain accounts. However, there is a third-party library, EIDAuthenticate, which lets you use smart cards with local identities.”
