Hello. I am using Windows 10 Education and i didn't know, where to ask, so I am sorry if I wrote this in wrong category, but answers.microsoft.com send me here - to technet.
I have a PC with wi-fi card, which I'm using for Internet, and ethernet for local network. I'm using certain app which use wi-fi every time when two network cards are turned on. When i turn off wi-fi card, app's using ethernet and after launching app I'm turning on wi-fi card. It's annoying for someone who use remote desktop.
Is there a way to block app from using certain network card or bind it? I tried Forcebindip, but it didn't work.

You can try proceeding as the following:
- Assign Public profile to your WiFi connection and **Private **profile to your Ethernet connection
- Create a Windows Firewall rule which denies any outbound traffic from your program against anything set as Public profile

I did it, even I added inbound rule for accepting only Private network. And nothing has changed.

As this did not helped, I do not see another option to change the binding apart of doing it on the application itself. I would advise to check with the application developer to see if it is feasible.

Networking does not work at the application program level. It works at the system level.
