upgrading an i5-4460 CPU to win10? How?

Question

I have a Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-4460 CPU @ 3.20GHz in an HP PC that is constantly prompting me to upgrade to Win10. The report tells me that my PC is compatible but when I check using the HP system it says that "Computers configured with Intel Broadwell (Intel Core i3-5xxx, Core i5-5xxx, Core i7-5xxx; Pentium 38xx, Celeron 37xx/32xx) or Haswell (Intel Core i3-4xxx, i5-4xxx, i7-4xxx; Pentium 35xx, Celeron 29xx) processors and 32-bit versions of Windows 8.1 are not capable of upgrading to Windows 10 using the Windows Upgrade tool."

I've tried and each time it fails - does anyone else know how to do this?

Hi,

We need to know that the manufacturer's documents should be more correct to figure out which hardware is compatible with Windows 10.

Since it just mentioned that not capable of upgrading to Windows 10 using the Windows Upgrade tool, let's try the media creation tool, if it can work fine to upgrade to Windows 10:

https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10

If the upgrade still failed, let's check the setup log here, please upload them onto Onedrive and share the link here for our research:

Sorry for the slow response, a sudden change of plans as I'm working away from home at the moment so I'll get back to this in a week or two, when I'm home again.
