PartialChain: A certificate chain could not be built to a trusted root authority. error when run the full crawl

HI

we have deployed publishing portal to internet users when search service crawl this web application it throws below errors in event viewer and user name in error is default content access account and crawl logs:

1. Web application deployed on port 443 with https and ssl certificate

2. search service content source is default public url

3. search has its dedicated server.

RevocationStatusUnknown: The revocation function was unable to check revocation for the certificate.
OfflineRevocation: The revocation function was unable to check revocation because the revocation server was offline.

Crawl log :

he SharePoint item being crawled returned an error when requesting data from the web service. ( Error from SharePoint site: *** URL: https://xxx.xxx.xx:443 does not match any of the AAM Mappings registered for the server, CorrelationID: c4b0ed33-d646-a08a-32a3-79948b60590e; SearchID = 59A2334-7659-43fC1-9C63-72F7B5989590 )

Please check the following similar issue post:

Error: The revocation function was unable to check revocation because the revocation server was offline

Besides, run the following PowerShell to collect information from ULS log:

Merge-SPLogFile -Path "C:\error.log" -Correlation "c4b0ed33-d646-a08a-32a3-79948b60590e"
