I would imagine that VS 2003 is not available for purchase anymore. Perhaps it is available if you have an MSDN subscription though.

Thank you for Kevin's kindly help.
Hi Sbmarya,
As Kevin mentioned, Visual Studio 2003 can be obtained if you are an MSDN subscriber.
Please check: https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/subscriptions/securedownloads/default.aspx
For Visual Studio 2003 and .NET Framework 1.1, they are not supported in MSDN forums. You might check the Support Lifecycle information from the following website:
.NET Framework 1.1:
http://support.microsoft.com/lifecycle/?LN=en-us&p1=1249&x=18&y=13
Visual Studio 2003:
http://support.microsoft.com/lifecycle/?p1=3040
The latest RTM version of Visual Studio is Visual Studio 2008. It supports to migrate VS2003 project to VS2008.
For more information on what's new in Visual Studio 2008, please check: http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb386063.aspx
If you're interested in it, you can download Express Editions from http://www.microsoft.com/express/Downloads/.
Hope this helps! If you have any concern, please feel free to let me know.
