how to disable one drive on start up for new accounts

Does anyone know if there is a way to disable one drive from starting/installing on first time logging into a new account?

Hello,

Perform the registry manipulation mentioned here:

For all users, you need to go HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run instead of HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run.
