Does anyone know if there is a way to disable one drive from starting/installing on first time logging into a new account?

Hello,
Perform the registry manipulation mentioned here:
https://www.kapilarya.com/how-to-disable-onedrive-at-startup-in-windows-10
For all users, you need to go HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run instead of HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run.
Hope this helps!
