AzureAD Device Rule - SystemLabel null

In Azure AD rules for devices , there is device attribute named systemLabels . But when trying to get the value of  systemLabels  for a device it is empty.

Why is it empty??

I want to create a dynamic Azure AD group with membership rule as systemLabels.

Based on the testing result from okieselbach, it seems to be a read-only property used by MS for M365 Managed Desktops.
