Not seeing all tabs in AD Users and Computer on new Windows 10 install

Windows 10 Enterprise 1511. Downloaded and installed Windows 10 RSAT. Getting properties on a user or computer is AD Users and Computers shows only 6 tabs. 

I have tried copying the tsuserex.dll from a Server 2012 machine. The file was already on my Windows 10 machine. 

There is very little on this problem in the webs.

Do you mean the Advanced Features? From View Hidden Folders in Active Directory Users And Computers

"Active Directory Users And Computers also has advanced options that are not displayed by default. To access these options, click View and then select Advanced Features."

That shows the hidden OU's and show more tabs on the user properties.

I get only 6 tabs when I check properties on a user account:

Security, Environment,Sessions,Remote Control,Remote Desktop Services Profile, and COM+

Which, now that I look at it, is odd too because when I look at properties on with a functioning AD UaC I don't have Sessions, Remote Control, or Remote Desktop Services Profile...

Related to Windows 10 1511 and the latest RSAT tools to me. Get the same on 1511 and works as expected on 1607. So can you update to 1607?

If that's the only option I may need to look into that sooner than planned. 

I have an Windows 10 1511 system that was upgraded from Windows 7. ADUC works fine with that one. Whats the difference?

That would be down to the version of RSAT tools installed. The newer RTM release 1.2 of RSAT do not work with 1511 it appears, RSAT tools version 1.2 - Active Directory Users & Computers broken same issue.

So do you have the previous installer, WindowsTH-RSAT_TP5-x64, around anywhere? If so uninstall the latest version on the machine that does work and install the previous version.
