Hi,
We have some sites that we want to change the site templates of. The number of sites is pretty hugh so so isnt there a way through which we can change the site template of these existing site collections?
If there isnt a way and i need to recreate them , then how can i backup all the data that they hold.
Regards,
Nishant

Hello!
I don't think that is possible.
Create new site and use Content Deployment.

Hello,
You can not change existing site template. You can modify/upgrade existing site template using features.

you can not change the template after creation however you can use/activate some features that stapled with the other template that you require
